Processing Policy
DUE TO COVID PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME ARE AS FOLLOWS
* Please allow 3-5 business days for Payment processing along with 3-5 business days for order processing for virgin hair orders.
* Please allow 3-5 business days for PAYMENT processing along with 10-12 Business Days for Order processing for custom wig orders. Business Days DO NOT include weekends and holidays ( Please Note processing times for custom wigs can increase due to sales or large orders , but you will be informed about extended processing time)
*If order is placed using Sezzle please add 10 additional business days to your processing time.
* Typically after placing an order, the customers will receive an order confirmation email then Payment and Order Processing will start. Once the item is shipped the customer will receive an email with Tracking Number included. Please allow 24 hours to view any transit on all tracking numbers.

All orders over $200 will require a One Time Order Verification, in which you will be asked to provide a picture of your I.D. with your order number. This ensures that all Information is correct and you are the Authorized card holder. Order Processing will start once the order is Verified. Failure to provide will keep your order from bein processed and you will receive a refund.
Shipping Policy
* Please allow 3-7 business days shipping time. Most orders are received before that time but once tracking is given the order is now in the hands of the carrier and responsibilities are to them.
*PLEASE NOTE: Billing and Shipping address must match or we will NOT ship.
No Refunds or Exchanges
* We can NOT allow returns or exchanges due to health and sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
* If the product is defective Please contact us at outrageousinches@yahoo.com in 24 hours to assess the problem and do our best to solve any issues.
*If Custom Wig has sizing or coloring issues please contact use in 72 hours by email so we can do our best to adjust or fix any issue.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Outrageousinches is NOT responsible for any Lost, Stolen, or Delayed packages. We fully trust USPS to deliver packages in a timely manner. In the event your package is delayed, please contact the carrier provided in your shipping email. We will NOT refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages.
* If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees again. So make sure all your information is correct.
